The client had been running Google ads for several years but had a consistent issue they faced was the quality of leads. Despite generating leads, they often found that these leads were not a good fit and, in some instances, not even relevant to their product offerings.

In addressing the challenge of lead quality, our initial step involved gaining a comprehensive understanding of the specific attributes that constituted a qualified lead for them. This necessitated in-depth discussions with the the client and a thorough analysis of all PPC leads from the previous year.
We assessed the existing targeting and setup in Google Ads, aligning them with the criteria for a high-quality lead. Adjustments were then made to various elements, including locations, keywords, and demographics. Additionally, we incorporated best practices in terms of account settings, ad copy, bidding strategies, and UTM tracking to discern the origin of leads within Google Ads.
