What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Programmatic Display
  • Translate data into insights and action plans to continuously improve ROI and scale performance
  • Drive strategy while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable growth
  • Build high-quality reports and analyses that “wow” clients with the how and why behind the results
  • Own up to~$12M in annual ad spend across a select portfolio (<15 clients)
  • Contribute to ATRA’s evolving processes and media playbooks

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in paid media / PPC / SEM 
    • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads; LinkedIn and programmatic are a plus
  • Google Ads & Analytics certifications (or ability to complete in 30 days)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, passionate about optimization and pushing strategic opportunities
  • A growth-focused, ownership mentality—we value Outliers who strive to be the best

  • Experience with CRO tools (Unbounce, Hotjar) is a bonus

Salary $65,000 - $85,000 DOE
